I must preferred the older version of the daily check-in. I do like that the new one expands a bit more into questions, but i liked the previous version better:
i would gladly keep the way the new version expands upon questions
i would bring back the suggestion after (journaling or breathing to make you feel more productive)
i found it much more useful when there was a night-time journal to fill :(
it genuinely helped me sleep better and it worked like a charm, i would answer the questions and fill it out, then just doze off into a nice sleep
in general, it felt way easier for me to use the app, now when i wish to do something it’s very overwhelming because of how many options there are.
it was much more enjoyable to just see something pop up, making it like a routine:

afternoon check-in
sleepy time check-in
