Better Export (plain text)#1090

I would like to use my journal entries for other purposes. Also following the philosophy of “file before apps” (Stoic won’t always exist, but I’d like my journal entries to survive), I would appreciate a very simple plain text export option. Should be relatively easy to implement, given the existing json Export. Just make it more human readable please!
