Define/Prevent/Reflect#1256

Is the Define-Prevent-Reflect journaling tecnique that Tim Ferris describes in his TED Talk. Basically when we have something that makes us anxious or stressed we ask ourselves 3 questions

  • Define: define the thing that makes us anxious and the worst possible outcome.
  • Prevent: write all the steps that we can take to prevent the worst possible outcome
  • Repair: define what would realistically happen of the worst case scenario were to happen

This helps understandings not only that sometimes most of our fears are not that bad, but also helps us concentrate on what we can control.
