On the pHQ9, there should be a more detailed interpretation of a user’s score, and most importantly, if someone screens positively on question nine,scores anything above a zero anything above not at all, a crisis dialogue should pop up with a validating message and buttons to contact crisis support services. I think there should be crisis resources in the app in general as well.
