Markdown on Mac#1284

We don’t have numbered lists or bulleted lists. Outrageous!

Using Markdown for headers is buggy, usually it only applies the markdown to the first letter.

AI is unable to provide markdown responses, it’s just a block of text.

Let’s try and get our formatting a little neater and tidier looking, mmmkay?
