Enhance customization kpis#924

I use the feature to create a personalized kpi question for my evening reflection
Eg I am asking if I moved enough and choose 1-5 scale .
Filling this out then is a slider where I cannot see which number 1-5 I am answering . Would be great if I can personalize what 1 2 3 translates to just like the text changes for “how do you feel” when pushing the slider the answer changes to “good …” etc I’d like to configure the answers or at least show if I am currently answering 2,3 etc as now it’s guessing based on the visual

I am using this feature for some low level habit tracking as I don’t want extensive habit tracking with a separate app
